Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pipe Layer to join our team in Mobile, AL, 36608. As a Pipe Layer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of various piping systems. Responsibilities

Install and maintain various types of piping systems, including drainage, sewer, and water lines.
Excavate trenches and prepare sites for pipe installation.
Ensure proper alignment and grade of pipes during installation.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct regular inspections of installed systems to ensure functionality and compliance with regulations.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in the training of junior staff and apprentices as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as a Pipe Layer or similar role in construction.
Strong knowledge of pipe installation techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent physical stamina and strength; ability to lift heavy materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
