As a **Security Professional - Healthcare Patrols** in **SAN JOSE, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will embody our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, working collaboratively with your team and always acting with integrity to support a welcoming environment. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Tue12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat12:00 AM - 08:00 AM **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment. + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. + Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. + Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a visible presence. + Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for the healthcare location. **Minimum Requirements:** + California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. **Perks and Benefits:** + Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions + Schedules that fit with your personal life goals + Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities + Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues, and much more...
