EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Auditing: Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to all EHS regulations and identify hazards. 
• Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and new regulations. 
• Incident Management: Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), manage workers' comp/injury logs (like OSHA 300), and implement corrective actions. 
• Environmental Stewardship: Manage waste, air quality, and sustainability efforts, ensuring compliance with environmental laws. 
• Reporting: Prepare necessary EHS reports for management and regulatory agencies. 
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans (ERP).
• Culture & Collaboration: Foster a proactive safety culture, working with all levels of the organization, including management, HR, and employees, to drive positive change. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8-10 years experience in EHS Safety
• Local candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic, potentially high-stress environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Safety, Environmental Science) is required
