Job Title: Tele-caller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele-caller who can communicate effectively with customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
3. Explain company products/services clearly and politely
4. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
5. Maintain daily call reports and customer records
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling or sales targets
7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls

Required Skills:

1. Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Telugu / Tamil)
2. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
3. Ability to convince and handle customer objections
4. Good listening and interpersonal skills

Qualification:

1. Minimum: Graduate (preferred)

Experience:

1. Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
