SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Staffing Supervisor will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions at A&A client sites. In addition, the Staffing Supervisor will serve as a liaison between job seekers and hiring employers, assisting employer clients with efficiently filling openings with qualified candidates. The ideal Staffing Supervisor also provides guidance and assistance to individuals seeking employment, matching job seekers with available opportunities based on education, expertise, and skills. This position requires light travel.

Primary On-Site Functions (Core Responsibilities):

  • Provide daily on-site oversight from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM , ensuring smooth start-up of operations at assigned client locations.

  • Monitor and verify the clock-in process at each site to ensure attendance accuracy, proper staffing levels, and timely reporting of any exceptions.

  • Conduct regular site visits across multiple client locations throughout the morning to assess associate performance, professionalism, and overall adherence to client expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary on-site point of contact, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring daily staffing needs are met.

  • Communicate any performance issues, attendance problems, or site-specific concerns to corporate management promptly and in accordance with escalation procedures.

Associate & Client Support:

  • Provide on-the-spot support to associates, addressing questions, guiding expectations, and reinforcing performance standards.

  • Ensure client needs are understood and responded to in real time, maintaining a proactive approach to service delivery.

  • Document daily interactions, site findings, and staffing updates to maintain accurate records that support accountability and operational consistency.

Secondary Functions (Performed During On-Site Downtime):

  • Assist with basic recruiting activities as needed, including initial screening, identifying qualified candidates, or coordinating applicant information.

  • Support resume preparation, interview coaching, or candidate guidance if applicable during slow on-site periods.

  • Maintain and update applicant and client records, including assignments, schedules, and performance notes.

  • Assist in matching qualified applicants with job openings and scheduling interviews when required.

Compliance, Reporting & Follow-Up:

  • Track and report any breaches, attendance issues, or performance concerns to corporate management immediately.

  • Assist with follow-up after placements to evaluate associate performance and client satisfaction where applicable.

  • Maintain records of site visits, staffing levels, and any client feedback gathered during on-site interactions.

General:

  • Support additional staffing or administrative duties as assigned.

  • Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence at all times.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including superior understanding of resume writing and interview techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Available to handle a work schedule that starts as early as 5am

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in related field highly preferred
  • At least one year of experience in similar staffing role preferred
  • Some experience in talent management preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
