Salary: $4,700 – $6,700 per month (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The responsibilities of a Virtual Recruiter include sourcing potential candidates through online channels, conducting virtual interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, superb communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect job. Ultimately, the Virtual Recruiter should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract suitable candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews via video conferencing tools.
  • Create and post job ads on career websites, newspapers, and university boards.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for roles.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Manage the hiring paperwork.
  • Prepare regular reports on your recruiting activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention.​

The Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant certification.​
